I reached out to Kelly Williams Insurance for a quote on multiple business insurance policies, hoping to find a reliable provider. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The agent I spoke with was unprofessional and showed no real interest in earning my business. Instead of taking the time to understand my needs and provide a competitive quote, he simply demanded a copy of my current insurance policy before even discussing options. A good insurance agent should be willing to assist potential clients, answer questions, and guide them through the process—not dismiss them with minimal effort. Customer service matters, especially when it comes to something as important as business insurance. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend them to others looking for quality service

Kelly Jr. is a great gentleman and he has been groomed for his position as the leader of the agency by his wonderful parents, and his studies at Stanford University I believe. Karyn Richmond has been my go to person whenever the has been an issue. Recommend this insurance agency with my highest compliments and trust.
