I reached out to HomeShield Pest Control last minute due to findings of pantry beetles in my unit. From the moment i called them they were very professional over the phone, informative, and accommodated a walk through right away. During the walk through, Gabriel Diaz, the technician who inspected my unit, was very thorough in checking all areas of the unit while explaining the process, such as what he was looking for and inspecting, how bugs can make their way in to the unit, how to get rid of them, and the proper steps for prevention in the future. All of which was very helpful and easy to comprehend. Abraham Rodriguez, the technician who did the treatment, was amazing from start to finish. He reached out the day before treatment started to introduce himself and to remind me of the appointment. The day of treatment he kept me updated on his arrival eta and communicated with me from early morning, which I appreciated. He explained the steps of treatment, the products used, and how they work. He took his time and addressed all areas of concern and more. Gabriel and Abraham truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them and HomeShield for any issues bug/pests related.

My tech Bryan was amazing! He let me know when he’d be arriving, came on time, and had a friendly, positive attitude. He asked me about my concerns before getting started, worked hard to get all the spider webs, and sprayed thoroughly around the property inside and out.
