In June 2022 I ended my lease with Premier apartments. The landlord at the time stated that he was able to find someone to apply and that I “would not be charged future rent payments”. About a year ago I received communication from Fair Collection and Outsourcing demanding payment for my delinquent payments. Upon receiving this I immediately called the new landlord Julio. Unknown to me the company has since been bought out and does not employ the same landlord. Still the current landlord, Julio, provided me his email and instructed me to send over the documentation, which I did in August 2025. I thought this was resolved. I have received a work promotion and am relocating. While reviewing my application the new complex declined my application due to outstanding funds not paid made from FCO. They placed a negative mark on my outstanding credit in June 2026. Beachfront properties failed to follow up with the documents I provided in 2025, allowed this to happen, and currently avoids all means of communication with me. Ana has said she would contact me and has not. Julio completely ignores calls and emails. Jose and Reina also refuse communication. I am suing the company but do yourself a favor and do not do business with these people

Rancho La Mirada answered my prayers. After I bought a car accident, I was disabled previously working in a medical field with my own place and had to leave because of my injuries. The universe speaks in many ways, but I ended up running into Lucy because we both had Chihuahuas. And be known to me when I was looking for apartments the door I knocked on after meeting Lucy and seeing her at the park, she was the same person that was to accept my application for the property. Lucy has been nothing but a delight for me spiritually mentally and physically. Without Rancho La Mirada, I would be in the street and that would not be good for my health. I have many health issues now for the accident and I know that she runs a tight ship there at the property because I do not see anything bad happen there. I feel safe with my dog and from now on I know I will get nothing but better with your property. Thank you for having me. I’ve had a couple of mess ups on payment type because of getting financial assistance from resources I received through DPSS thank you very much for having me your property will be kept clean and I hope to be living there for many Years. Our manager, Linda Rios, is a great apartment manager. She’s always very attentive and resolves issues quickly, always willing to listen and help if necessary to any problem or concern we have. Our family has been living in this apartment complex for almost 2 years and its a comfortable living space for a starter family. Our place had already been converted/remodeled and it makes the apartment feel super homey. A.C. conditioning is a big plus here and any concerns we have are quickly resolved and taken care of by our manager and handyman. I enjoy the landscape/garden here as much as my daughter, seeing butterflies and nature surrounding our patio. 🐝🌸🦋🌼
