Complete incompetence with handling my wife's and my business and personal taxes. There was no guidance whatsoever, and we never even worked with an actual CPA, just some person who was training to be a CPA. Then they had the audacity to charge $1000 for an hour tax planning session (included with most CPA's services) which was basically a sales pitch for them to sell some tax evasion scheme. When we switched to a competent firm, we ended up owing 6 figures in taxes for the year from their inappropriate management of our finances. Stay as far away from these people as you can.
