Samuel B Choi Accounting has been doing my families taxes since the late 80's & for me personally since 2000. Samuel Choi & his team of accountants are very knowledgeable & professional. Since trust is very important, they have earned my trust to prepare my tax returns. It's like finding a doctor, dentist, optometrist or any individual/corporation that offer services you need; once you find the right person/ corporation you won't go anywhere else. Last 4 years I have been working with Nicole & she gets the documents done in an efficient & timely matter. I'm not sure if Samuel Choi retired & his son took over but his tax business is in good hands with the amount of great staff they have. With over 40 plus years of experience Samuel B Choi Accounting is very reputable & delivers for their client tax needs.

I’ve been a client for over 15 years and have seen this company grow a lot during that time. When I first started, I used to go into the office and work directly with Samuel. He was always very kind and took the time to explain everything clearly. He and his team helped me set up my S Corp and made the process easy to understand. In recent years, I’ve been working mostly with Nicole, who is very detailed, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond. Joshua handles my payroll — and is super organized — and Jina and Luan are always responsive by email whenever I need help with anything. I really like their online system for uploading tax documents. It’s simple, well-organized, and saves a lot of time. Even though the company has grown and probably has many more clients now, they still provide personal attention and quick responses, which I really appreciate. Jose at the front desk is always friendly and helpful whenever I call. I’m not sure if Samuel is still working or has retired, but he built a wonderful team that continues to deliver excellent service. After all these years, I still feel confident knowing my business accounting is in great hands.

I hired this firm for business and personal accounting services. Overall the accounting services were average, but the attention to detail was lacking, in my opinion. They forgot to file taxes for some work I did out of state- and because of their omission I got a tax bill for over $40K with penalties two years later. It was money that I owed for sure, but it was just sloppy work on their part. They never apologized or offered to pay the penalties. They would also routinely mix personal expenses with business expenses in the bookkeeping, which caused headaches when preparing the returns. Again, poor attention to detail. If you use them I would recommend double checking their work.
