Came in curious to check out the new store and met 2 employees who were patient and kinda funny. Great to see an emphasis on customer service that you don't find everywhere now a days. Even offered me water before I left

Jesus and Ricardo are awesome! They helped me with my Spectrum package. I love how they demonstrated how to install the modem and router on-site. Highly recommended.

Ricky and Jesus are the best! I just moved to the area and they were able to give me some great back to school deals for my family and I! Definitely recommend ! 💯

I had a great experience here! Jesus was incredibly helpful and made the whole process of getting my internet set up quick and easy. He answered all of my questions, was patient, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. It’s also nice to have a Spectrum store in South LA since there aren’t many locations in the area. I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Jesus if you need help!

Great help from the older looking man by the name of Jesus! He got me right with the best internet speed and he also gave me a free year of cell phone service ! Switched over from att and boost mobile and now I am saving a ton of money! Thanks Jesus !
