So my internet service through Spectrum has been out since 8:30am today and I called about 2pm and was told it would come back up by 4:30pm today. Well it didn't. I asked for a credit and was told I would not get a credit because it was a "brief" outage. My service Finally came back on after 5pm. Spectrum, I don't think you understand what "brief" really means! I do not recommend Spectrum at all!! Customer service is a joke and always useless. Thanks for nothing.

missed a payment by 4 days they harrassed they call me 13 to 15 times a day and on weekends. I called to make arrangements and that did not help calls got worse if you are looking for internet dont use this company. calls started on Sunday I spoke to someone Monday and then non stop calls 2 days now. I called to ask why so many calls and they just said to me it will keep doing it until bill is paid.... worse customer service ever
