Been here for two hours and they’ve only helped 5 customers… this place is a joke. If you can avoid going here, I would. The staff have no sense of urgency and you can tell it is clearly understaffed.

Don’t bother doing walk in appointments at this location. The customer service team has no sense of urgency to move through customers waiting. Was just returning my equipment and waited over an hour. Definitely will not be a returning customer after this.

I had a really great experience at this Spectrum location. Terrence and Rosie were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, walked me through the internet setup and transfer process, and made sure I understood all the options before moving forward. The whole interaction felt more like a proper consultation than a typical service visit. Both of them were friendly, patient, and genuinely customer-oriented, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Special thanks to Terrence for being especially resourceful and quick-thinking when we ran into an unexpected issue with payment verification. I didn’t have my physical card with me, and he suggested using the Apple Cash card number instead which solved the problem immediately and saved me from having to come back another day. Really appreciated the level of service here. Professional, efficient, and very welcoming. Highly recommend this location.

I’ve been here a couple of times and it has been such a pleasant and helpful experience. Highly recommend making an appointment or coming as a walk in. Clean and friendly. Shout out to Lovell from my first visit and Carina from my second visit. Helpful and knowledgeable. There were a few changes we needed to make and Carina did it with such a helpful and positive attitude and no complaints despite us asking many questions and shifts to our account. Best customer service hands down.
