Reliable, honest, and efficient remodeling contractor. We recently hired Douglas to complete a major home remodel in Los Angeles, including our kitchen, family room, and full bathroom. Our home had older finishes and needed a complete update, so the spaces were taken down to the studs in several areas. The project included raising the ceilings, removing a half wall to create a more open layout, retiling the fireplace, and relocating plumbing for both the kitchen and bath. Douglas gave us a fair, clear proposal from the start and worked hard to help us stay within budget during the renovation. A few unexpected items came up, which is normal in a large remodeling project, but they were handled quickly and in a cost-effective way. He kept us informed with regular weekly updates through each phase, from demolition and framing to plumbing, tile, and finish work, and the remodel was completed within the expected timeline. Douglas and the crew were professional, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They showed up on time, delivered quality craftsmanship, and cleaned the work area every day, which made living through the renovation much easier. Communication was also excellent. Douglas was always responsive to calls and texts and made sure we knew what was happening at every stage. We are very happy with our newly remodeled kitchen, family room, and bathroom. The updated design, improved layout, and attention to detail made a big difference in how our home looks and functions. We highly recommend Douglas for any kitchen remodel, bathroom renovation, or larger interior home improvement project.

We had new kitchen countertops and a backsplash installed, and the whole remodel turned out great. douglas came out to review the scope of work, and during our conversation about the new counters, it became clear how many small details go into a kitchen renovation like this. The demo crew built a strong dust containment area with negative air pressure, which kept the mess under control and made it one of the cleanest demolition jobs i have seen. I was really impressed with the craftsmanship throughout the project. douglas did careful drywall repair and explained how important it was to create flat, even wall surfaces so the tile installation would look right and last. They also patched ceiling areas from old light locations, and you truly cannot tell where anything used to be. douglas also handled the electrical updates very well, including new lighting, switches, and power where it was needed for the updated kitchen layout. It was impressive to see how smoothly everything came together. The painting work was also excellent, with clean lines between rooms and a very nice cabinet refinish that made older cabinetry look fresh and updated again. The overall workmanship was fantastic. They paid close attention to the finish details, made the new appliances fit properly, adjusted the counters for the sink installation, and worked around a difficult kitchen window layout without any issues. douglas and the rest of the team did a great job from start to finish. The scheduling and design support were also a pleasure to work with. Everyone was courteous, organized, and professional, even when i had a lot of questions and requested changes along the way. They handled everything with patience and care. We love our remodeled kitchen and would highly recommend their home remodeling work.

We had part of our backyard concrete project completed along with new rain gutters, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. They were flexible with our budget and still delivered workmanship that was worth every penny. Even though we only updated one section of the yard, the quality of the concrete work and installation went far beyond what we expected. Douglas handled the first consultation and provided excellent customer service right away. He checked in daily on the progress, made sure the job was moving properly, and took time to confirm we were happy during each stage of the project.
