They took the time to listen to the three items I needed help with, Doug fully explained the situation for each of the items, Doug was very knowledgable, very professional and very friendly. Javier is a talented, intelligent, thorough, technician. He did the work with confidence and experience. I have worked with Powell Electric in the past and have been pleased. I trust their work and their knowledge. 9/4/26 Update - Tankless heater was out, Daniel arrived this time and deduced and fixed the issue. I thought it might be a big problem and Daniel let me know it was just a faulty switch. He even showed me the switch and explained how and where it had gone bad. Daniel is another personable, qualified professional with vast knowledge from Powell.

His knowledge and expertise were evident as he answered all my questions with ease. Overall, I had a great experience with Mariano and his team.

Jordan was our technician and he was excellent. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He arrived on time and fixed our electrical issue proficiently. The repair cost was a little more than I was expecting, but definitely not unreasonable. I would use them again in the future.

Broke the light switch in my bathroom at 3:00 in the morning. Called Powell at 8:01. They said they could be there at 10:00 am. Luis arrives at 9:00 am. Showed him what I did, he told me what was needed and the cost and just like that I was back in business. He was out the door by 9:45. Very happy and feeling stress free right now. We take for granted that everything is always going to work so when the switch broke in the middle of the night imagine my panic. I’d called one other company and they said they could come on Monday. Monday! It’s Friday today!! Can’t even imagine waiting that long. Really appreciate that Powell was able to send someone so much sooner than I expected. Back at peace now. Thanks Powell!!!
