My review is primarily based on the outstanding customer service, knowledge, and expertise of Andre who came out to assess my electrical panel upgrade needs. Andre knows his stuff. He looked at my outdated panels (duplex) which I knew were desperately in need of upgrading to 200 amps. Andre explained clearly and in detail what needed to be done and why. No upsell - just straight talk. He looked at the big picture, came up with solutions to some unique needs at my property, and even got the ball rolling by submitting the necessary info/docs to SCE to get a meter spot rather than delay work waiting. That is above and beyond great customer service. My house is older and on a raised foundation and Andre had suggestions for ways to accomplish the goal safely and to code. He is first and foremost concerned about safety and about doing things the right way. I had gotten a few other estimates. Most were on the same page as far as the scope of work needed (including Andre/Power Plus Electrical.) Andre's estimate was detailed and reasonable. Andre is not only an expert in his field, he is the nicest guy who genuinely cares about his customers and about doing things correctly. Do yourself a favor and call Power Plus Electrical/Andre and make sure he takes a look at your needs so you can get honest, knowledgeable, and practical advice, and a reasonable cost estimate. There is no substitute for experience and once you speak with Andre, you'll know that he has it in abundance.
