Awesome service, caring communications and accurately professional!! Solved the sprinkler problem haunting me for months at a very good rate. Robert is also super helpful and explained how these systems work. I recommend every new homeowner consider Fire Pro as their onboarding partner in such projects.

Good customer service. And i work here☺

If I could leave negative stars I would. I tried for weeks to get them to come out to our house and they finally did. For a 30 min inspection they charged $800 and and an extra $20 for a certification that we did not need. Then they sent me an invoice for 6 sprinklers to be replaced for $1300! Really?! And to top it all off they went and reported us to the fire department that we need to replace our sprinklers. I would say for you to stay away from this company

Fire protection group team are very responsive and always get their work done quickly. Having managed dozens of commercial properties through Los Angeles county Fire Protection Group’s team are always on call 24/7. I appreciate their continued timeliness and rapid response to my facility's needs.

I had a great experience dealing with this company and recomended it to all my friends and family. Good job and keep up the good work.
