We hired Terrazzo Specialist to refinish our floors and repair/restore our original 1950's bathroom and Roman tub. Juan Carlos and his team did an excellent job bringing all of our terrazzo back to life. He was very cautious not to damage any of the surrounding woodwork or other surfaces, has a great eye for detail, and obviously takes pride in his work. He was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions. We look forward to working with him again in the future!

Juan Carlos at Terrazzo Specialist built a custom sink for us and we absolutely love it!! There are no words to describe how custom terrazzo can refine a space. It’s magical stuff, and Juan Carlos played a key role in making our vision come to life. I’d highly recommend Terrazzo Specialist for your custom build needs.

Great experience with JC and his crew! We were working on restoring a mid century home. The home had an original terrazzo foyer. We wanted to carry new terrazzo through to other areas of the home. JC worked with us to match the existing terrazzo color and scale. He's an alchemist, he loves what he does and it shows. He didn't give up till he got us to the perfect blend. After work started we made a design choice to use solid brass divider strips as opposed to aluminum. JC sourced the solid brass and got it on site at light speed. His work and attitude are both exceptional. His whole crew worked cleanly and efficiently to get our project done. I have no hesitation recommending him.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Juan Carlos owner of Terrazzo Specialist, and could not be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, his team was profesional, attentive and incredibly responsive to all of my requests. Though there were multiple changes through the project they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, their attention to detail was truly impressive. The quality of work and flexibility exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Terrazzo Specialist LLC.

Juan and his team were very professional, courteous and went the extra mile to make sure every detail of the job was addressed. Amazing workmanship and lots of creative ideas. Above all Juan loves his trade and takes pride in his craft. The pictures speak for themselves. Thanks for the great work!
