If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. I own a dental office and used Bambee for one year. In my experience, I did not find their service particularly useful. Many of the HR policies appeared to be AI-generated, and I felt I could have created similar documents myself using ChatGPT or another AI tool. I paid Bambee $4,069 for the year. At the end of the contract, I emailed and called to cancel the service. I was unable to speak with a human being. Instead, I only received emails from their billing department stating that they would cancel the service, but that I would still be responsible for another $4,069 regardless — essentially telling me I might as well use the service for another year. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and Bambee is still fighting to collect payment for a service I do not want and will never use again. I would strongly caution other business owners against using this company for human resources. It is ironic that a company claiming to support human resources made it so difficult to reach an actual person and, in my opinion, treated a paying client unethically. Do not use this company, and do not sign a contract without reading every detail carefully.

Horrible Company- Never return any calls in relation IRS filings they were responsible for and unfortunately they are the only ones with the information that can satisfy this issue. I have called them more then 7 times over the last few months and never have once received a returned call. Additionally, it would take them weeks to return any calls related to HR management and it took months for them to help us get our employee handbook updated. Worst customer service. I wouldn't waste your time on using this company.

I wanted to like the service, but things got really muddy once we signed up and tried to onboard. When I mentioned this and asked for a refund, I was put on the phone with a great customer service/sales guy who tried to help, but multiple times I asked for clarity and wasn't given it. Sadly, no refund option even though it was requested within days of signing up due to not receiving what we expected after speaking to the original sales person. Bummed it didn't work out.

We’ve been using Bambee’s Dedicated plan since 2023 and have had two amazing HR Managers—Lizbeth and Megan W.! We use Bambee for general HR support/guidance and employee records (not payroll), and it’s been incredibly helpful. With their guidance, handling employee issues has become much easier and stress-free.

If I could give a zero star I would. We realized early on that Bambee didn’t fit with our company needs. In the first month of service our HR contact blatantly ignored the core issues that we needed assistance with. We also realized that everything the sales manager told us would be included in our package would be up charged. We requested a cancellation of membership and a partial refund of our two year up front payment. I was bumped from manager to manager, all promising to cancel our membership and see what they could do about a refund. This was in May of 2023. We were just charged for another two year renewal on a membership I was assured was canceled. This company has ghosted me and taken our money with no intent to assist or play square.
