BEST customer service of all time. Oh my gosh!

Do not trust this company. They loose your money. They have lost $1337.11 from our account. The money money was supposed to have been deposited starting on April 28th With $1000.00K as seed money from our employer and the additional $337.11 as a personal contribution. My husband has contacted "different " levels of people every day for the last 2 weeks. Today his payroll deduction for the current pay period ended and the money did go in but WE ARE MISSING $1337.11. We obviously have a high deductible plan which means that our providers expect payment in full. We CANNOT go to the doctor without the money that you lost.! To make matters worse a deposit for his current paycheck posted today and you closed the ticket and put problem solved because SOME money is now there. Yeah, it's not. Who has our money and how do we get it? Please feel free to message me ASAP. I need the contact information for someone who know what they are doing

We have over 50 employees we needed someone to handle our payroll and hr this was a good fit for us so far its been a great experience. Customer service is excellent we had no problem getting someone to answer all of our concerns on the phone.
