I really appreciated the service from all the staff I interacted with. I have been paying another company for two years for quarterly visits/repairs on my old HVAC system. When Scott A. came over to just analyze the job and provide a quote, he provided information that my wife and I had never heard about the basics of our HVAC system. Definitely did not try to oversell and was clear about the costs we needed to plan for. Also really appreciated the walk through by the project manager and the two staff that came to do the installation, especially the technician Anthony L, who helped us work through understanding the Nest system. Everyone showed up on time, and the dispatch did a great job of letting us know when the Belle Air staff were expected to arrive.

Outstanding Experience. When our AC system broke just before a major heat wave my family and I needed to get a new system very quickly. We met with several AC companies and Belle Air was by far superior. Scott Ames, sealed the deal for me. From the moment Scott stepped into our home he was honest, transparent, and understanding. Scott explained the process clearly and from there the entire experience was smooth. After meeting with Scott, we had a job walk and then came install day. With each visit to our home, Belle Air sent a text to confirm, but more importantly, they send you a photo of the individual you will be meeting with and a biography with tech. background. Every one on the Belle Air team was professional and respectful showing care for our home and their work. We had Belle Air install three Mitsubishi mini splits and main unit compressor at our home the week of 6/6/2026. There were many challenges associated with this installation and Belle Air met all of them. Scott Ames, their sales manager, stayed on top of the job and answered all our questions in a clear and knowledgeable way (which we appreciated). The installation went well much to his credit. But, I would be remiss in not mentioning that Brian, the technical installer, did an excellent job of installing the units and making sure it all went technically correct. We were impressed with everyone we met associated with Belle Air. We’ve also purchased a service contract with them for them to come out and look at our units twice a year to keep an eye on it. We are very happy we went with Belle Air Services.

We had a great experience working with Belle Air Services. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and easy. I especially appreciated the text message heads-up before every appointment, which made scheduling really convenient. Zach Schoeber was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and never pushy. Zach took the time to walk me through how the new HVAC system would be installed and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He also stayed in touch throughout the process and worked with my budget to help my wife and me find a system that fits our home perfectly. Technician Brayan Lopez did an amazing job on the installation. His work was extremely clean and professional, and he made sure to check with me before making any minor adjustments so everything was exactly how we wanted it. Overall, Belle Air Services was fantastic to work with, and the whole experience, from consultation to installation, was top notch. I would definitely recommend them.
