Customer service was a nightmare from start to finish. I waited on hold for nearly 40 minutes just to talk to someone. When I finally did, they were rude and unhelpful. The technician didn’t explain anything and just left quickly. The whole experience was terrible.

Strange smell from the furnace. They found a small section of wiring chewed by rodents, which they safely repaired. Very thorough and reassuring service.

The heating repair team arrived on time and fixed the issue properly. The technician was knowledgeable, explained everything, and completed the repair quickly. Highly recommended.

Left a message Friday. Bud called as soon as they opened Monday morning and was able to check my outlet that had started smelling. Changed out the outlet with an upgrade. Then was able to switch out a couple more that were not working. Plan to use them for more upgrades soon. He was great!

Professional, cleaned up after himself, worked with me when I wanted to change my original plan midway through installation. The house had work done by Stanley Electric when I bought it and that work has held up well for the last three years. I’ve had several projects done by them since and haven’t had any problems- in fact, he found a scary frayed wire while searching for something else and fixed it.
