Leo had been servicing a unit in a rental property for the last year. He was very attentive and patient with an elderly tenant. He was reliable and communicated very thoroughly with the tenant and myself. He tried many times to fix the unit to prevent unnecessary costs. When it became clear that the unit could not be fixed, he was able promptly send a proposal, obtain permits, and install a new unit within days (during the hot summer when most other contractors had no availability for days). He had a few followup visits for inspections and communicated thoroughly throughout. I just read his origin story and it's clear that this is a passion project for him. Highly recommend.

The technician arrived right on time and did a very thorough maintenance check and repair to get our AC cooling perfectly. We did have a significant verbal misunderstanding regarding the pricing for the coil cleaning, which led to a stressful surprise on the initial bill. However, when I reached out to the company, the owner, Leo, stepped in immediately. He was incredibly professional, took total accountability for the communication breakdown, and issued a partial refund to honor the price I understood. I really appreciate an owner with this level of integrity. Highly recommend them for their great work and excellent customer service!

We had a great experience with LC Heating and Air. Leo and the entire team were professional, responsive and really took the time to understand our somewhat unusual situation and find the right system for us. They came out as many times as needed, found ways to save us money and went the extra mile whenever anything arose. The new system is now installed and working beautifully and very quietly. Leo took great care of us. He was available next day for our service call and scheduling the follow up repair was super quick. We rent so he helped get an estimate with photos that got our landlord to approve the work. The actual day of the repair he was in and out in under 2 hours. If we every have any HVAC issues with our other units he'll be the first call.
