Service Champions came in to the home for the 1st day to install the big parts of the HVAC system and asembling. Very efficient process and install. The service people involved in the project were Bryce and Ronnie which were both excellent in what they do. Very nice men and very willing to explain what they were doing and kept us informed through the the whole process. Also on day 2 ,3 & 4 with my attic abatement of old insulation and duct installation and finally putting in new insulation the whole team of techs Rigoberto Delgado and his partner and Alejandro Perez and his partner did a great job of everything, they took care of my house in installation. Took time to explain everything that they were doing. I have high praise for all of them that were involved. Service Champions company is excellent organization.

Rigo did a good job blowing in fiberglass insulation over my depleted cellulose insulation. He answered a few questions I had before he started and cleared up some worrying I had. He and his partner came early and finished before noon. He spotted that the exhaust duct for my bathroom fan was not connected and connected it. So far I think they did a good job but quite expensive.

The team gave me the first impression of professionalism. They came on time with clean identifying uniforms and introduced themselves. Jose worked with him. They were both Courteous And respectful. What impressed me was their respect of my home by wearing foot protective covers. They also made sure that the area that they worked on were left clean.

Very professional. He kept me apprised of the installation process and some issues that came up, which he handled to my satisfaction. Job was done in a timely manner and they left the area clean when they left. This new A/C system goes well with my recent newly installed furnace. The new thermostat is user friendly!

We had excellent service from Mr. Freddy Lozano on June 2nd. He was here to give our 2 AC units a checkup which we haven't had in quite a few years. He was very efficient and explained everything to my husband. He also explained some options we have to keep our units working in good order. We were provided with clear explanations on line. It was a positive experience and will likely continue to use Fleet Well for our AC, heating and plumping issues going forward. Thank you Freddy!
