Danny came to fix our A/C the morning after it stopped working. He was super helpful, able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly, and very friendly. Also very easy to book online and lots of availability. We will definitely be using their services again!

I don’t write many reviews, but Christopher(servs tech) and James(supervisor) from Service Genius Air Conditioning and Heating absolutely earned this one. Living in LA, I’ve met plenty of contractors/vendors who show up looking for ways to upsell you. Christopher was the exact opposite. He climbed five flights of stairs to our rooftop, was professional, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest from the moment he arrived. He answered all our questions without any pressure or sales tactics and gave us straightforward information we could trust. When he realized our situation/needs were more unique than a standard job, he immediately arranged for a supervisor to come over for a site visit same day. A few hours later, James the supervisor came by and was equally impressive. He took the time to answer every question we had, took his time and provided practical solutions that actually made sense for our situation. Both of these guys were professional, personable, and genuinely focused on helping rather than upselling us. The entire experience restored our faith that there are still companies in this city that truly prioritize customer service, transparency, and professionalism. Christopher was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect our entire heat pump system. He explained everything he was checking and made sure the system was running properly before leaving. What really stood out was how detailed he was. Christopher pointed out areas in our attic that could affect our system’s efficiency, including low insulation and openings that could allow animals inside. He didn’t pressure us into anything but gave honest recommendations that would help protect our system long term. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right.
