I had my first experience with Southwest Heating and Air Conditioning a few days ago and I couldn't be happier with the service. I have an 18 year old Mitsubishi Mr. Slim, and the roller on it was filthy, encrusted with dirt and dust. I don't think my former A/C service company had ever cleaned the roller because it's so difficult to access. Since the unit is old, I was looking for a company that would pressure wash the roller in-place -- not dismantle the unit and risk breaking parts that may be brittle with age. My neighbor who uses Southwest recommended them to me. I half expected a service tech to come and tell me a pressure wash couldn't be done, but I was so relieved when Ricardo arrived with a kit that could do just what I wanted! The process did take time (due to roller location/access), but Ricardo worked meticulously to thoroughly clean the roller. He was also very informative and answered all of my questions. I can't speak highly enough of Ricardo's expertise and diligence, or of my overall experience with Southwest. I should also note that Southwest's prices are very competitive, scheduling is easy, and service is prompt.

The mini unit was leaking water. The tech cleaned the coil or maybe the duct. It didn’t even take him an hour. The tech was knowledgeable. Explained everything throughout the process. Service was booked quickly for the repair.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable about my HVAC system. The technician noticed an issue with how the condensation pipe was installed and fixed it. I plan to use them for routine maintenance and any other issues we have.

The service we received from Southwest heating and air conditioning was the best. They came into our warehouse and redid all of our air conditioning and heating system. I got over six quotes from other companies and settled on Southwest heating and air conditioning because not only are they extremely professional, they know what they're doing, and their prices were fair and better than all the other competitors. I contacted Southwest Heating & Air Conditioning to get an estimate of how much will it cost to repair my old HVAC unit. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. The company quoted me a reasonable price for the repair. I am currently comparing quotes, but this is one of the companies that I'm considering hiring to do the job.
