Tried to get insurance with this company. They said we will have it to your email right away. 9 days later he calls saying that because the word "tree" is in my business name i need to pay extra for the policy. I asked them to explain but I did not understand his explanation. Then he started to pick apart vernacular in the conversation when I tried to ask further. Then Joe proceeded to get rude saying he cant offer me insurance go somewhere else and then he hung up on me and started talking about putting in 55 fake reviews against my company for calling him out on hanging up on me and not being clear about why I needed tree removal Insurance when I dont do that work. After that he started gaslighting me when I would bring up facts. Like the previous 2 policies did not classify me as a removal company. Overall I would not recommend if Joe is handling the policy as frankly it sounded like he was trying to scam and when challenged he got rude and hung up. This screams scam to me if they cant be clear and upfront.
