Was with them for years and it was a nightmare. They're very hard to reach and honestly feel like a scam. My agent was always very hard to reach. They also kept cancelling my insurance without telling me then trying to charge me up to 30% more when I would call them to ask why and they claimed I needed to "re-start" with them. I kid you not, this happened 3 times within 6 months. I lost so much money with them, so I left a year ago and went with AAA. It's like $15 more, but everything feels so much more professional and secure.
