My father and I have been clients of Sean Paul Insurance for over a decade. Unfortunately, our experience with Alejandra has been consistently disappointing. Her tone during phone conversations often comes across as dismissive and impatient, as if assisting clients is an inconvenience. She expects documents to be sent to her promptly, yet when we attempt to reach her with questions or follow-ups, our calls and messages often go unanswered. Insurance is a complex field, and as clients, we rely on our broker for guidance and support. Instead of feeling assisted, we are left feeling ignored and spoken to with annoyance. I have always been kind and respectful in my interactions, so this treatment is both frustrating and unprofessional.
