The Lendistry team demonstrates outstanding professionalism. The entire process is efficient, well-organized, and handle with great care. The specialists maintain constant communication, promptly answer every question, and clearly explain all the loan terms and conditions, making the process easy to understands. I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan and May, and their exceptional service exceeded my expectations.

For anyone who decides to go this route, definitely do your homework and shop around. I haven’t had a pleasant experience at all; while the terms seemed doable during the process, more money goes towards interest than the actual principal. There’s no payment gateway for customers to make payments on their own. You actually have to contact them to make any additional payment. And even when you state principal-only payment, they collect interest on it. And for those of you reviewing the feedback, I don’t want the typical “thank you for your feedback”, actually bring forth a solution that helps complaining consumers by resolving their actual problems. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone seeking any kind of loan. STAY AWAY!!!!

I applied for a SBA 7A loan in early January. After getting all of the necessary paperwork together, and selecting my loan, I was handed over to another representative named Lindsey to finalize my paperwork. I submitted documents on time, as necessary, making follow up calls and emails to make sure documents were received. A week went by before I was told corrections needed to be made, another week went by for more corrections. Finally on March 3rd was I was told my application was denied due to changes to the SBA that were implemented on March 1st. No warnings, no sense of urgency. Just refusing to answer emails and phone calls to move this process along. I got in touch with Bruno, part of the senior management team, who acknowledged the negligence and lack of professionalism by the other representative, and that Bruno would work with me to help remedy the situation, by speaking to the SBA about exceptions or other lending options. Since admitting fault and agreeing to help out, two weeks have gone by. I have received no correspondence from Bruno, or the original sales representative Reymond. Not only have they not reached out, but they have actively ignored all of my phone calls to try to figure out what is going on with my application. I cannot stress the unprofessionalism enough. I advise anyone who is thinking of doing business with Lendistry to message me personally, and I will explain in detail all of the reasons you should avoid this company at all costs.
