I hired Sebastian to help mitigate deteriorating siding and corresponding water intrusion issues throughout my property. He was incredibly professional, quick and wonderful to work with. He gave clear options for moving forward and was able to begin working that same week. He was also super professional interacting and planning with my tenants during the work. I’ve truly never worked with a contractor who is so communicative and reliable. I couldn’t recommend Sebastian more!

Would give more stars if I could. Recently had the exterior of my house painted and some of the inside bedrooms. Sebastian and his crew offered a top rate service. Communication was excellent. The job was completed quickly and the final result was superb. And they couldn’t be beaten on the price. Will def use them again

We had the interior of our rental ADU repainted. Build and Decor did a spectacular job, beyond what we expected for the price. The team showed up on time, kept everything neat, finished on time and for the quoted price. All the wall surfaces are now perfect. They also cleaned all the appliances, windows, and skylights. Everything is immaculate. Absolutely top notch work, and the price was so reasonable. We will use them again. Just a spectacular company to work with. Honest, easy to communicate with, you cannot find a better contractor. Would give them six stars if we could.

I recently had my garage renovated, and the result is absolutely amazing! The floor, lighting, and overall finish turned out even better than I expected. The team worked neatly, paid attention to every detail, and completed everything right on time. Sebastian was truly exceptional throughout the entire project, very patient, understanding, and always quick to respond to my questions with clear and helpful explanations. He provided video updates almost every day, showing the progress and giving detailed summaries of the work done, which made the whole process so easy to follow. The pricing was very fair, and he even completed some extra work without changing the original agreed amount. It was truly a great experience from start to finish, and I’m beyond happy with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend Sebastian and his team to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and honest professionals.

Sebastian of Build and Decor Construction is simply the best! I truly enjoyed working with Sebastian on my rental property. He and his team did an excellent job painting the entire interior of the house along with installing new flooring in the primary bedroom, refinishing my kitchen cabinets and restaining a gate at the front of the house. Sebastian came in on time and within budget. His pricing is fair and his communication was excellent. I just can't say more nice things about him. Sebastian is genuinely a great guy and enjoyed working with him throughout the project. I would highly recommend him for any general contracting work and already have to a good friend of mine. Sebastian, thanks for a smooth and stress free experience!
