Outstanding Service! Louis came by and immediately took care of my rodent issue. He was nice, punctual, and honest. He provided service that went over and beyond his inspection. I highly recommend!

I can’t stress enough how much of a pleasure it was to work with Luise and their team. They arrived on time, were highly professional, did excellent work, and communicated clearly throughout. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and immediate response on a weekend. We were lucky to actually get the owner of American Rat Control to come on site. Louis was amazing he was honest and has a wealth of experience in rodent control. I highly recommend American Rat control.

Wonderful customer service. Prompt. Did a great job sealing under my house. Fingers crossed the rats will be kept out, but they promise to deal with whatever comes up. Highly recommend.

Luis was great! My initial conversation with him he made me feel confident and reassured me that this was their expertise for the problem I was having. Altogether all the staff was great. Professional consistent which was really important to me. They returned my calls sane day, in hours. I had two companies reach out two days later. When you’re worried about an issue with your home, you should not have to wait two days for a call back. And also, it was very cost-effective compared to the other major companies really truly recommend this company.
