Loc was fantastic! He was patient & communicative and put us at ease throughout our service. I also appreciate how quickly HomeShield was able to get us on the books. Looking forward to our ongoing service plan! Editing my review: after a second follow up, I am extremely satisfied with the service we’ve received from HomeShield. We were still having ongoing issues and the company made sure that we were taken care of. Special shoutout to Bryana and our technician Stephan for their excellent care and attention to detail.

Brian K has been servicing my house for a while now and he always does a great job! He is very communicative and even remembers my dog (which is a plus for me!). I have been very happy working with this company.

Zavier Cordell was amazing! He truly is an angel. So patient with all my questions and extremely helpful. He is one of the nicest people and was extremely thorough with pest control. I’m looking forward to the results and can’t thank him enough for all his help.

Germayn has been an amazing technician for our home and we couldn’t be more pleased with his service. He always communicated his eta via text and communicate back quickly with any questions or requests we have. He updated what he did that day upon completion and as a cherry on top, he gives me recommendations or automatically sets up additional services as he see fit. This morning it was raining so he couldn’t spray as needed due to weather so he instead did what he could with granulars for ants and set up to return as soon as the weather clear- without me asking! THAT is real service. Hats off to him for being amazing!

Braden did an excellent job inspecting our house. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain what he was looking for and what we should keep an eye on. He answered all of our questions clearly and made the whole process easy and reassuring. Highly recommend working with him!
