I had a great experience with Termite Protection Inc. From the initial inspection to the completion of the work, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident every step of the way. The technicians arrived on time, were courteous, and treated my property with care. Their communication was excellent, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a reliable termite company that provides quality service and truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Termite Protection Inc.

My house in Rancho Palos Verdes had cracks in woods and paints peeled in many places. I had been suspicious of termite infestation and I called Termite Pro for inspection. They showed at the time they would come. Two gentlemen showed, Jose and Arthur. They asked on my concerns and one man inspected exterior around the house and another inspected inside the house, attic and garage. They were thorough taking their time for careful inspection. When they found one potential place of termite infestation, they looked at the area together. They concluded my house does not have termites, and instead all the cracking was due to water damage and as a result dry rots. When I asked i should pay for the inspection, they politely declined saying that it is free of charge even though they spent 30-40 minutes for the inspection. I felt they were very honest and professional. I felt it's not easy to work with professionals and honest people as far as termite inspection and treatments are related. I was lucky to have Termite Pros inspect my house. I would definitely use Termite Pro for any termite related issues and I would recommend them with 100 percent confidence. Thank you Jose, Arthur and Vlad!

After doing a lot of research on termite treatment companies, we decided to go with Termite Pro. And we’re so glad we did! Vlad came over to give us a quote and was very knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to answer all my questions. Joseph handled the treatment and did an amazing job! He was also very knowledgeable, explained in details how the job would be performed, and even pointed out a plumbing leak under the house that was likely contributing to the termite issue. Very happy with the service, pricing, and overall experience. Always happy to support a great small business! Thank you! :)

A friend recommended Termite Pro to me, and I had a great experience with them as well. I waited an entire year to write this review and can happily report that one treatment was all it took to get rid of my termites. Termite Pro staff was friendly, thorough and communicated clearly. In an ideal world, I would never need an exterminator again, but alas I’m in LA so if I ever get termites again I will definitely use Termite Pro!

This review is long overdue! So sorry Termite Pro! My initial chat with Vlad was great. He helped answer all of my questions and he easily provided me with a date to start the pest control service. On the day of the service, his team of professional young men arrived on time. They were communicative, and respectful to us and our home. They put on shoe covers before entering, which I appreciated it. They were efficient in doing their job and encouraged me to contact them with any concerns. The entire experience was seamless! I will definitely continue to give Termite Pro my business when needed. Thank you Termite Pro! You guys rock!
