Infinity did a great job on our property in West L.A., start to finish. They came out right away to assess the problem (broken sewer line needing replacement from under the house all the way to the curb), they provided a very reasonable price, they accommodated our schedule to get this large project done in a single day and within a few days of the original estimate, they cleaned up everything perfectly and... they identified a small leak in the water lines that was fixed as well. We are so grateful that we will have decades of worry-free sewage and water draining from the house! Thank you, Infinity!!!

Infinity was a referral to me, from a landlord friend that used Infinity over 10 years ago. After going through multiple plumbing companies big and small, I settled on Infinity for their fair bid, and most importantly their, mostly Veronica's patience and willingness to have several weeks of correspondence, extra visits, and revise the contract several times till I felt comfortable It captured everything I wanted. I had Infinity install new water supplies lines and sewer lines on a 2 story, 1 bed, 4 plex. It took them 5 days. In which they always left the property orderly, clean, and everything in working order at the end of the day. No interruptions and no hassles. The crew was very knowledgeable, could tell they didn't just pick them up from Home Depot, they kept their heads down and worked hard. The forman communicated with me well. He identified some unforseen damage to a vent line fitting, Infinity didn't gouge me for the extra materials and labor. Basically I had a positive experience which I was genuinely nervous about, but as of a few months now, I'm calm and happy I went with Infinity and spent the money.

Infinity performed a complete copper repipe at the building where I reside. They could not have done a better job. Professional, excellent communications, clean work, timely and efficient. The crew was amazing, including the complete repipe and the follow up wall repairs, and insulation of the pipes. I was in the property management field for 34 years and I have never seen such a well oiled machine as Infinity Plumbing. I highly recommend them! Marco and Veronica will take care of your needs!

As owner of the apartment facing with pressure of insurance company to update the plumbing and electrical, I was in distress worrying about the repipe and tenants with no water for few days during the construction. I made a choice do the repipe with infinity plu6 and 7k insurance bill vs no repipe and 15k insurance bill. The result was quick, flawless new comple water pipe, water valve, hose, most importantly every tenants have water all the times except from 9am to 5 pm 2 days when the water service was switched to a new one. It only possible because they have a very big big crew, at least 8 guys or more. They have certificate of insurance , license .... will be required by the under writter written Pablo and the crew are pleasant, Veronica are nice Thank you very much for a great work 😀 👍

I’m a tenant in one of the apartment buildings that Infinity Plumbing recently did a water re-pipe. I was really impressed with how professional they were. When they came into my unit, they covered all my furniture and belongings with plastic so nothing got dirty or damaged. They worked quickly but were super clean and respectful of the space, and when they were done, they made sure everything was cleaned up like they had never been there. The water pressure is so much better now, and it feels great knowing the pipes are brand new. Honestly, such a smooth experience from start to finish.
