It was a Saturday afternoon and I noticed water on the floor. I was leaving for a party and needed a plumber fast. I called three plumbers in my area, but all were busy to help. Luckily, Frank from Mr. Speedy answered the phone and said he could help and send one of his technicians out in an hour. Antonio came to the house less than an hour and replaced the gasket & adjusted the fill valve. Antonio was professional and friendly. He stayed to make sure the leak was completely resolved. I've added Mr. Speedy to my Contacts and will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Frank and Antonio. You made it possible for me to make it to the party in time. Laura

I would hesitate before calling this plumber. On the positive side, they answer the phone on a Saturday and show up when they say they will. They're neat and polite. But as far as the work goes...well... They didn't fix my problem on the first try (blocked sewer line). The plumber tried fixing it from a clean out on the side of my house. He thought it was fixed, charged me a "Saturday rate" and went on his way. Four hours later I had a flooded powder room and brown sludge all over my shower floor. The plumber came back right away but couldn't fix it and told us not to use any water overnight. His boss and an assistant came at 10 the next morning and tried hydro jetting from a different clean out at the back of my house, griping that my previous plumber didn't install a clean out close to the sewer. Turns out, these guys just couldn't find it. (Never looked) The assistant found it before they left--after charging me $600 (on top of the previous day's charge) to tell me my sewer line was probably collapsed and they would come back on Monday. When I choked at the charge for the Sunday visit which didn't fix anything, he told me it was a very competitive rate and generous for a weekend. (I must have a gullible face.) I asked what happened when he tried cleaning from the sewer clean out at the front of the house--the one about 10 feet from the blockage. He hadn't tried it. He offered to try it before he left at "no extra charge." Guess what? My request to hydro jet from the closest clean out got it unblocked. So ultimately, they did fix my problem in spite of themselves. But they wouldn't have without my intervention. And I'm still left with a shower full of brown sludge and wrecked hardwoods in my powder room which I probably wouldn't have if my regular plumber had been able to come on short notice.

I called for fixing a garbage disposal and in 40m they came and fixed. No delayed time and the plumber was very kind. He explained why and what's the problem to prevent future. Also, no extra charge unless you adding stuffs! Very fair price and very quick! Highly recommends!

He hung up the phone on me because I asked if I can get service today, since it is a clogged toilet I need to use. Of course they dont have to have availability thats normal, my issue was the rude behavior. I also do not consent to being contacted or harassed because of my review, wanted to state that for legal reasons.

Kevin was excellent. We called Mr Speedy last night when our tub backed up into our kitchen sink(!) I called at 6pm on a Thursday and he was here at 10am on Friday. Kevin did a very thorough job of snaking our tub and checking the sink to make sure everything was good! I would call Mr Speedy again if I have any plumbing issues and ask for Kevin!
