They are so great to work with. Plumb Inc is there every time I need them. They came out in the middle of the night for a clogged drain and replaced a water heater over 4th of July weekend, great dealing with Andy and Albert, just superb customer service.

I'm very happy with the service that I received from Andy, Albert and Sergio especially. Sergio worked very hard putting in a brand new drainage system in my backyard and he did a terrific job.

Sergio was great hard worker. Omg non stop very experienced and friendly. Erick G was very helpful experienced and team player. And Andy was wonderful, extremely helpful and really knows his stuff. Also was the only tech that was willing to dig into the crawl space to check out the problem very efficient. Got the job done on time . I’m very thankful.

Serhill did an excellent job. The company is always responsive, and this was our second time having him come out. He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and clearly skilled at what he does. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Highly recommend!

I’ve used Plumb Inc - Plumber twice now, and both experiences were absolutely excellent. The level of service, professionalism, and care was truly above and beyond. The second time he came was on Christmas Eve, and despite the holiday, he showed up promptly, with a great attitude, and fixed the issue efficiently and thoroughly. He explained everything clearly, worked cleanly, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. It’s rare to find someone this reliable, honest, and dedicated—especially during the holidays. I felt taken care of and never rushed. I will definitely continue to use him for any plumbing needs and highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch service.
