Very solid company, office staff is extremely nice and helpful. John (technician) has been to my house several times, and installed my new tankless water heater yesterday. He is very professional, beyond nice, and was happy to explain to me every detail about why my old one 'died', the upgraded technology of the new one and how to properly maintain it and manage it through the digital control panel. I'm sure their other techs are good too, but definitely ask for John as I can personally tell you he's fantastic!

They arrived pretty early in the window they gave me! They were very open to explaining the issue and letting me understand what could be required. They were very quick and thorough once they arrived. Really appreciated how kind everyone was from the phone call I placed to Ozzy who came and fixed my sink issue. Appreciate the service!

7/13/26 My experience was great. We did get off to a rocky start as far as a slight communication issue with the time of coming to do the job, but in all it ended up great! The price is high, but they will work with you.Everything was completed in a timely manner and everyone was considerate. Thank you Sal and crew!

John is amazing. These guys have replaced our heater/AC and now hot water heater. Def reasonable prices and above and beyond service. When ever we have had an issue they were out to save us in minutes not hours or days.

This is my second time using Red Lilly Plumbing. Again received same day service within two hours. Ozzy Cruz arrived promptly, immediately diagnosed the problem and efficiently went to work and cleared the pipe from clogs after removing the bowl.
