They have done major work for me in the past for a rental, inserting a sleeve into the pipe that was leaking. They did a great job - professional, timely, reasonable rates. Again, I had an issue in my own condo unit with a shower drain that was clogged in a bad way. Blas and Andy came and unclogged it within minutes while another company attempted and wasn't able to do it. I'm so appreciative and happy to know I can call them for any of my plumbing issues!

Excellent excellent service. AAA rating. I found my new plumbing service. Jerry and Matthew were awesome and very knowledgeable. They are very communicative as well. Definitely a good business.

The plumber came a little after 11:00pm. Checked the problem out and gave some recommendations for me to consider. Very courteous and thoughtful since this was a place that I didn’t own. We agreed that he should do enough to stop the leak but have the landlord evaluate the issue to make a definitive determination about how best to rectify the leak. Since I was willing to pay he prorated the temporary fix so that I could feel safe until management makes a final decision. I really appreciate his kindness and his thoughtfulness in a very stressful situation. I would definitely use Ritz Plumbing again because they stay open until 11:00pm in my area and they work with you to resolve urgent matters.

I booked Ritz Plumbing to replace a faucet for me, and I'm so pleasantly surprised with how great the service was. Franky was able to get to me super quickly, he explained everything that he needed to do to get my bathroom sink running properly, and he finished the job asap. Now I've got a new faucet that's running beautifully, and I've found a great plumber to use in the future. Highly recommend this team and Franky especially if you're in the LA area and prefer to work with someone who really knows their stuff

It was my first time contacting this company and was struggling to find decent good charging company. I found this company and were very friendly and responsive. They sent Andy and Angel the very same day and arrived and get to business! They were very professional and communicative. It was a little more work than we thought but they handled it very well and took care of it. I will DEFINITELY call them back if I have further need for their services and recommend you do as well. Thank you again for your service!
