I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Safari Builders Inc DBA Safari Roofing. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. They fixed my roof, and the level of professionalism, knowledge, and care they showed was beyond what I expected. From the first phone call, they were responsive, honest, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with respect. The job was done thoroughly, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also made sure everything was done properly so I wouldn’t have to worry in the future. They went above and beyond to ensure the work was done right. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, integrity, and genuine customer care the way Safari Roofing does. They were honest, fair, and transparent throughout the entire process, which gave me complete peace of mind. I highly recommend Safari Builders Inc DBA Safari Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and top-quality roofing work. If you want a company that truly cares about its customers and stands behind its work, this is the one. Thank you again for such an excellent experience!

Overall, the Safari team did a good job installing a new roof on my home, though it was not without some minor frustrations. Good quality materials and a good price (comparatively, anyway!). Without going into extensive details, communication could have been better, and I was sometimes in the dark about what was being done and who to talk to. If I had not gone up into my attic after the tear-off, I would not have seen two 6 inch holes in the plywood that needed to be sealed. At first, they just covered over them with the underlayment, so if I had not seen them, that's the way it would have stayed. The company liaison was not always there, and I don't speak Spanish. Whoever you go with, know that you are likely to have a LOT of nails in your yard afterwards. I picked up at least 300, and expect to keep finding them for months. I had to make sure daily that the driveway was clear of nails before I could park my car there. Of course, it's not possible for any workers to have complete control of where nails fall when a roof is being torn off, but every company should invest in a powerful magnet to pick up the nails afterwards. When the job was complete, the crew did the best job they could cleaning up, but that was after it was all over, and as I said - many nails were all over the garden! I had to remove heavy boxes of materials three times which workers had placed directly on top of plants. The company rep was very apologetic about that over the phone.

Sean did an excellent job on my roof. He’s very professional, efficient, and completed the work quickly without compromising quality. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone needing roofing services.

I am very pleased with the work completed by Safari Roofing and Remodeling. They performed a torch down roofing installation and skylights with a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. I would confidently recommend their services to anyone in need of quality roofing solutions.

April 2025 Safari Roofing created a Fine roofing system for my 103 yr old, 800 sf cabin in Mt. Baldy ! We had a great weather window and they got it done faster than I expected. The 3 different crews were respectful toward me and the property. They worked quietly together. I highly recommend Safari and will likely use them on a house in Pomona.
