Sign was a gift it arrived before the expected date. The sign is awesome. I really enjoyed giving it and it was very well received. Thank you custom neon. Hung easily directions were easy to follow. Really good experience I have never ordered a neon sign before but if I ever need another I know where I am going!

CustomNeon and the design team have been wonderful to work with. My only recommendation is when you work with team don't be hesitant to ask questions they provided me with a significant amount of flexibility in making designs. The attached pictures are only some of the pieces they have made for my wife and I. One small warning is that the process can be addictive.

Ordering and working with the customer service/concierge team was incredible. I felt confident in my decision and the representative was professional and patient with my multiple emails :) Huge shoutout to Bryan Rothman who walked me through the process and built my assurance! Thank you!!!

I had an outstanding experience working with Kelly at Custom Neon. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, smooth, and stress-free. Kelly went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my sign was perfect. Her attention to detail, communication, and genuine concern for customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire project. She carefully reviewed everything, offered helpful suggestions, and followed up to ensure I was completely happy with the final product. The pricing was fair, the quality exceeded my expectations, and the customer service was exceptional. It’s rare these days to find a company that truly cares about its customers, but Kelly and the team at Custom Neon absolutely do. I highly recommend Kelly and Custom Neon to anyone looking for a high-quality custom sign. You won’t be disappointed!

Isaac at Custom Neon saved the day! We were on a tight turnaround for our event and Isaac made it happen. Super responsive, easy to work with, and really made sure the sign looked exactly how we envisioned it. It ended up being a standout at our event and got tons of compliments. Would absolutely work with him again.
