Very friendly, wonderful service. I highly recommend Sign Factory. They always deliver the best work, I’ve never been let down!

On the spot service, they have taken care of my needs instantly and very precisely. Their attention to detail and overall quality is outstanding, would recommend these guys for all your basic sign and parking solutions ! I’ve been in the industry for 40 years & this is my go to shop in LA !

Profesional, honest, detail oriented and outstanding customer service. I requested some advice regarding placing and type of sign, and they sent an experienced person to answer all my questions. They sent someone to take measurements (other companies won't do that anymore.) ANd were very patient with my concerns. I highly recommend Shain and the team.Best quality, best service, best value.

I have been purchasing my start and finish line banners for my 5K runs and walks for associations and corporations nationwide. I have ordered everthing from Javad for probably over 20 years. No reason for me to every purchase a banner in the city where the race is held. I either bring the banner with me, and they are very big or have it shipped.

BEWARE Very unprofessional!!!! I had a deadline to meet for my showroom to reopen, I spoke with someone about a service and they assured me that they could get it done, how much it would be and the process. I was ready to pay and sent them the dimensions that they requested to fulfill my order. They told me it would take a day or so which I was happy with the turn around time but then a day turned into a week and then at that point they were just giving me the run around on how to would provide proofs for me to decide so that they can start my order. They basically just undermined me and kept pushing my request to the side and leading me on to think they would keep their word and move forward with my order. They basically wasted my time, I had to find another company which I was very pleased with because they were way cheaper and faster. Prarie signs is my recommendation to you guys! They’re located in Inglewood, thank me later!
