Terrible company. We rent 10,000 ft.² from them and have been incredibly disappointed so far. The AC never gets cold enough, and when we complain to the building management, they ignore us or occasionally make the AC get way way too cold. Frequently the AC doesn’t work at all, and it is super hot and stuffy inside the building. See attached picture for how we survive with an ice bucket and a fan in Cushman’s sweatshop building. The building management doesn’t care and doesn’t try to solve its problems.
