We recently worked with Jisun Park to lease our apartment in 90017, and it was an absolute pleasure. Jisun made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Her extensive knowledge of the rental market was instrumental in our decision-making. She was so attentive to detail that we felt we could fully rely on her expertise, and she consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Most notably, she successfully closed the lease in only *one* month. We would certainly work with Jisun again and highly recommend her services. Thank you, Jisun !!! Updated 4/12/2026 I am writing to provide a brief update regarding our experience with Jisun. We would like to reiterate that we stand by our initial positive review, as her after-sales support has been truly exceptional. We recently reached out to Jisun for assistance, and she responded with impressive promptness and professionalism. In all our experience, we have never encountered such a dedicated and capable agent. We are incredibly grateful for her help and wanted to ensure her excellent work is recognized.

This review is for Jisun Park who helped me tremendously when signing a new lease. Everything was super quick and easy and Jisun was very patient and responsive throughout the whole process. She got me my dream apartment and processed everything quickly. Great personality and very helpful! Excited to be moving into my new home soon :)

Jisun Park has been our realtor for years and she is best! She is extremely professional, always responsive, punctual and delivers more than promised. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and always has your best interest in mind. We heavily rely on her deep expertise and experience to advise us on everything real estate related. She has helped us with rentals time and time again, and no matter what unexpected situation arises, she is always calm and willing to help in any way she can. Most of all, she has exceptional bedside manners - she is very personable, the sweetest and kindest realtor you can meet! We recommend her to all our friends without hesitation.

had a terrible experience with JiSun Park. I applied for the rental that their company managed. My report has showed that I have excellent credit score over 780+, no eviction, no criminal records always pay on time. I could not present recent paystub cause I am unemployed and receiving unemployment benefits as well as interviewing for new jobs but I did presented my savings which is way beyond enough to comfortably rent the place for the whole year. Despite being a strong candidate - their agent seem to lack any professionalism and financial literacy. Agent called the property that I own and rent as “debt”, then she asked to show my bank statements for the past 6 month as a PROFF that I Am PAYING ON TIME. People who have EXCELLENT CREDIT score pay on time and that should not even be questioned. So I did presented. Then she demanded that I show her the WHOLE TRANSACTION LIST cause she wants to see If I HAVE other DEBT. The credit score and background check already showed you that the only loan I have is the real estate property that I own. I don’t know who hired that person but I do NOT RECOMMEND working with this company cause they have INCOMPETENT people. Also after approval ms Ji Sun Park sent me a lease that had illegal clauses like charging a tenant more than 1 month free as well as asking for MOVE-IN CLeANing Fee which is not allowed under state of California. I decided not to rent from them cause they also offload maintained for all appliances in tenant.

I loved my experience working with Jisun Park!! She was so helpful with our rental application - we ended up securing our new home, which I am forever grateful for! Thank you Jisun and Dream Realty.
