Home to multi-season, recurring TV-series writers' rooms, movie productions, and series post-production, Hollywood Offices is a revered destination for showrunners, film producers, and post-production executives in an era of post-strike, industry-wide austerity. Hollywood Offices brings an understanding of this metamorphic challenge with budget-matching pricing and flexibility that eases the struggles of the stress-laden greenlighting process.

The space was very well set up. The staff at the front desk were very attentive and helpful. Overall I appreciated the rapid service and the aesthetic of the meeting space. It was more than I expected and I very much appreciate it. And I also appreciate the service and care that Dirk Degraeve provides to my company.

I've been at this building for two seasons, and the owner and management team are incredibly attentive and service-oriented; any issue that arises is quickly made their top priority.

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff and overall building ambiance. The facilities are immaculate and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and conducive environment for business dealings in pretty much any capacity. The attention to detail in the design and layout reflects a commitment to excellence that is commendable. I also want to extend my gratitude for the personalized attention I received during my time there. The management and owners could not be nicer or more amenable. It's evident the team goes above and beyond to cater to the unique needs of each client, ensuring that their experience is nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend Hollywood Offices to anyone in need of professional and reliable office space and/or versatile venue(s). Their commitment to excellence, combined with their exceptional team and facilities, truly sets them apart.

Hollywood Offices is a terrific commercial space. Their team is extremely friendly and helpful, and our office finds them to be very quick to respond to requests and needs. Maintenance Requests are especially handled efficiently and whatever we find we're in need of, they are able to help us. We're very grateful to Dirk, Anthonette, Olivia, and their whole team. We feel valued as a tenant.
