The building staff here are incredible! We have our TV studio offices in the building and they very kindly let us use an extra conference room (a beautiful room overlooking the Hollywood sign) for a table read. The whole cast & crew were thrilled, and the building team was there to support us with anything we needed. We love the space!

One of the best buildings in Hollywood where the owners genuinely care about the tenants, 5 star amenities and services, coupled with sweeping views of Hollywood (including the sign), and beyond. Dirk, Brian and Brad (and all of the staff onsite), really go above and beyond for their tenants, and are always there to help in any way they can. You won’t be disappointed if you move into this building, it becomes like extended family, and I’ve been here for years as a tenant because of it.

Hollywood Offices is a wonderful place to lease! The staff is friendly and generous. The security + valet team is amazing. They all do their best to accomodate their tenants, whether it be stopping by with surprise treats, hosting emergency preparedness seminars, and working with us to help coordinate furniture deliveries. Whenever I encounter issues around my office space, this team never fails to respond with urgency. Their proactive natuire is much appreciated as it allows my team to undergo our operations as smooth as possible. All staff and management are extremely helpful and understadning from Manny, Jaime and all valet members, to Michelle at front desk, Fernando with upkeep, all security members and of course managemnt who are most pleasant to work with.

I’ve been working in this building for close to a year and have had a great experience overall. The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and easy to work with—from valet and security to the front desk, management, and ownership. Everyone is responsive and genuinely willing to help, whether it’s a small request or something more involved. It’s clear they care about the tenants and take pride in how the building is run.
