I visited the Salvadoran Consulate. They are very organized and knowledgeable workers working for salvadorian people there. Trammits are quick. They even accept walk ins. The only inconvenience is paying only with cash, and the parking lot is very expensive.

I went to visit El Salvador Embassy's. New embassy people are REALLY paying attention to your requests and helping you understand the system. I appreciated clear instructions, ample waiting rooms, kids and adults library, professional customer service. The only disaventage is the parking lot. I'm not claustrophobic but it was hard not feeling like one.

I was looking for the imaging center and kind of got turned around and lost direction for a moment. When i got there IT WAS BUSY! It took 2 hours to be seen with my pre-set appointment. No complaining, just got it done, cause i was glad i wasnt one of those employees. But they did do their best!

Parking gets full very quickly. If you come to the Salvadoran Consulate make sure to be there by 7am at least, if you get there after, you won't find parking inside the building. It looks empty but all other spots are reserved.
