Food was delicious and ambiance was fabulous came to celebrate my girls bday here and we both enjoyed it we will come back..

A bustling atmosphere gets you in a good mood from the start. The divine rooftop restaurant offers diners an eagle-eyed view of downtown Los Angeles. Take a stroll through the park to walk off any unwanted calories, lol. Don't forget to shop at the farmer's market, which offers a plethora of goods for virtually any taste.

Love this place for a nice quiet brunch with sweet and savory choices. Theulir French toast are fire and you can't go wrong with the steak and eggs. Don't forget about the mimosas and peach bellies.

An overall good experience. Diverse population very respectful. Will run into an occasional homeless person, for the most part harmless.

A 1920s Bldg. Restaurant Perch was good. Seabase is great fish, no fish smell; so the only thing that matters is how you cook the fish. And it was done okay. I also had something unusual, octopus for an appetizer. I have no benchmark from which to gauge how good the octopus was. Nonetheless, it was fine in my opinion. The inside restaurant is rustic while the outside patio is modern downtown viewing. There’s a small bar, a short staircase climb up from the restaurant to the observation deck. I imagine on the weekends this restaurant and rooftop are packed because the rooftop isn’t that large. But on a night like tonight, Monday, it was just the right kind of crowd, not too busy. Interestingly, I was able to pick out a swimming pool right in the middle of a downtown condominium high-rise - picture attached. And it was My Birthday.
