If I could give zero stars, I would. I currently lease approximately 30% of the commercial space on Los Angeles St. through this company, and it has been the worst management experience I’ve ever had. The level of unprofessionalism is astonishing. During a minor disagreement, Rory actually threatened to kill me over the phone, which is completely unacceptable behavior from anyone, especially someone in a management role. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to look elsewhere.

Do not rent with this company and certainly do not rent an apartment in the Orange Dr building. Be prepared for constant break-ins, water shut offs/maintenance, daily construction, and incredible disrespect from the management. Living through the construction of the Tesla Diner was absolute hell but I would certainly caution anyone from living that close to the establishment even when completed (you'll see how it close it is when you tour...). Talk about a security and safety nightmare. It's amazing the amount of pure disdain South Park Group has for its residents when we are the ones paying their bills. This building is cursed. Stay away.

My experience with South Park Group has been amazing! They are really committed towards streamlining the apartment rental experience. Danny was super helpful, professional and responsive throughout the leasing process. Bonus: Management is really great when I need help regarding my apartment. 10/10

I had a last minute situation when my new apartment wasn't going to work out. I had originally toured one of the properties and loved it, but I went ahead with another one. When I needed a new place, I was able to reconnect with my leasing agent, Danny, and he helped me get my application in within 24 hours. He gave me all the information, a tour, and an application within the same day. We were able to get my lease the next day too, which was so impressive! Even when I had questions on my lease, he was flexible and accommodating and got me situated. He ensured all my questions were answered, provided me quality information as soon as he could, and was incredibly friendly and encouraging throughout the whole process. I'm super excited to move in and am so thankful for Danny!

As we all know, finding an apartment in Los Angeles can prove to be difficult. The market is saturated with low quality places at exorbitant price points.
