This building is beautiful, always clean and the people that work there are extremely friendly. My favorite is coming in the building and being greeted by the most friendliest security staff. Especially Jeffrey, Richard, Karen, Brian and Alvin. They made the building even more great and of course, safe! I miss working here because the place is beautiful and so calming. Thank you guys. Oh, cannot forget the gym! I always looked forward to working out there after work!

Very clean building. Great views on Los Angeles 360 degrees.

Our firm has been a tenant of Premier Workspaces for over 10 years. We love our office and the staff is incredible! Monique, Brittany and Kim are always ready and willing to assist us with any issue that may come up. They are courteous and processional. Most importantly, they are always respectful and attentive with our clients. We have a nice, pleasant, and harmonious work environment. The view is spectacular. We highly recommend it.

The staff was very welcoming and professional during my brief visit for lunch with my friend. In addition, I was pleasantly greeted goodbye from this building. Important to sign in and provide credentials for certain office suites - good to know in advance.
