Noel is very sweet and kind. He always makes conversation while my computer is being fixed. This is the second time he has helped me today and was able to fix my problem completely free today!

I got my laptop’s thermal medium replaced. Noel was very friendly and even let me see the whole process of taking apart my laptop, cleaning the old thermal paste & liquid metal, then applying the new thermal paste. Would highly recommend his service. I came to BYOD since he also had good yelp reviews, and frankly I’d say the reviews are accurate.

He even dropped some insider gems on how to actually take care of your drives moving forward….. which, clearly, I needed 😂 Turnaround was fast, pricing was very reasonable, and the whole experience felt solid from start to finish. Trust me… I’ve been around the city when it comes to hard drives and this is easily one of my favorite spots. KNOCK ON WOOD 🤣😂 but if anything ever goes left again… BYOD is the move.

Loved working with Noel!! He was able to diagnose what was wrong with my PC within a short amount of time and replaced my parts for me at a fair price! He was also happy to explain and answer any questions my boyfriend and I had and was super patient. We left feeling more informed because he taught us so much! Noel is THE GOAT!!! He replaced the battery on my 2017 MacBook—very flexible timewise (he worked with me as far as coordinating ordering the battery and installing it around my work schedule). He was transparent in what he was doing/charging etc. and it worked. My computer was like new for about a month and then when I was traveling something happened and it stopped working altogether. Soon as I got back in town, I went back to see if he could figure out what happened. He offered several possible solutions and then opened it up right in front of me and tinkered with a few things and was able to bring the computer back online while I waited. Because I have an older laptop he said to be prepared that I might need to replace mine at some point in the mid near future, but in the meantime, he gave me tips on how to avoid the problem that happened when I was traveling. (I think I plugged it into a faulty outlet and caused some sort of brain freeze or something in my machine). At any rate, he did great work and is always consistent and available and caring and I highly, highly recommend!
