The Razz Professional Services team saved our butts! We were locked out of our enterprise account and we could not solve this issue even after multiple attempts to contact our hosting service provider. Fortunately the team at Razz dedicated time for us to troubleshoot, and found a creative way to solve our problem! These guys are such professionals and great people to work with. I would recommend them for any business!

Ty and his team at RazzPro are skilled, responsive, and always ready to help. They handle every issue quickly and professionally. Highly recommend their reliable tech support!

Ty and his business are very reliable and helpful. There has never been a time where he hasn't responded quick and helped me with whatever technical problems I was having. They are all very attentive and caring. I highly recommend Ty and his team to help with whatever computer services you would need.

To know Razz Pro, you'll need to know our backstory. Before we met Ty, We were a small construction company with nothing more than a domain name, some mailboxes, and a couple of macbook pros and backup drives. One day, i got a notice saying my mailbox had zero space available. Since then I had to delete 10 old emails just so I can send another 10. Not sustainable at all. I went on apple's site and search for IT firms. Out of the few i reached. Ty was by far the most prepared to figure me out. I could go into detail, but I don't think a good review should spill his trade secrets. Since signing with Razz, we have organized our data, and improved our data security practices. In addition, we are developing solutions to automate our administrative tasks. Razz has done wonders for our digital infrastructure, and we have full confidence to scale our business in the very near future. Thanks Ty.

We have worked with Razz Professional Services for approx. 10 months and have been very pleased with their work. Ty has been very responsive to all of our needs as a private medical office with 3 office locations (which includes a new out of state office) and multiple employees working from home since COVID began. Ty has a great depth of technical knowledge, from computers, to mobile and office phones, to printers and scanners and everything electronic in between. His ability to access individual employees' workstations virtually is so convenient and allows for timely responses given most of the daily issues that arise are of a time-sensitive nature and we are working in different time zones. We recommend Razz Pro!
