My business partner and I were having Quickbooks connection issues. I tried numerous times to have Quickbooks assist me with this issue, but had no luck. I was referred to Smart Space by a friend and Barry was able to come in the next day to work on it. He was even so kind to provide us a document with step by step walk through with screenshots if the issue were to ever happen again. Definitely recommend Smart Space! Thank you Barry!!

A+++ / highly recommend!!! This review is for an auto repair shop office environment. Initial issue was that our wheel alignment computer kept dropping/losing network connection, so we were unable to print wirelessly. In the process of sorting that out, Barry discovered that we had a network that was more complicated than it should be, thus causing other issues. In a couple of hours, he was able to simplify WiFi connections between router and computers, and everything (I mean, EVERYTHING) is noticeably faster and stronger than it was before. Barry then explained via real-world analogies and a diagram what he did, and it made perfect sense. The day after his visit, he followed up with recommendations for iMacs to replace ours that are approaching obsolescence. It was a nice Dropbox paper with only info pertinent to our setup. I totally appreciate this, because it saves us the frustration of dealing with all of the Apple website options. Barry is proficient, and efficient, AND an all around nice guy! What more could you ask for in an IT pro? Oh, another thing! He reviewed our AT&T bill, called them for us and found a bundle with higher internet speed for half what we've been paying. He even connected us with the AT&T rep to get that set up. Good stuff!!
