I had a difficult tech issue which cost me half a day of productivity. I contacted TechOnsite and they resolved my problem in less than 30 minutes. I've already told me wife about my great experience, and we are going to contact them tomorrow to help set up Google Print on my son's Chromebook. They will be my first call for tech issues in the future.

Every time I deal with them, nothing but courteous and professional people. My colleague has called, and myself, multiple times, and they do go above and beyond to assist with your issue without making a trip out there to charge you the hourly rate, if it is something that seems like an easy fix. The building I am a tenant in called them to assist with our phones, and that was when I learned we need a new router to work with all my devices. The gentleman even walked me through on which one to buy, to how to set it up step by step, so that I could save the hourly charge. I've never thought I was able to do anything tech related, but I DID IT! Great service!

I gave Jay a call, explained my issue with my Dell desktop. He offered to stop by my place to look/repair my machine. I said it wasn't necessary as I had already disassembled it and was ready to bring it by and drop it off. Met with Jay at his office on Washington Blvd. (same building as Buna's Cafe.) Jay was extremely helpful and solved my problem/issue in about 15 minutes. Pleasant person, balanced attitude, and most importantly gets the job done! If you have and computer issues, I would highly recommend Jay.

I used Techonsite to build my business website. J and his crew were very professional every step of the way. They were extremely patient with me as this was the first time I needed help designing a website. Before the project began I agreed on a price for the completion of the website. I was updated frequently with mock ups of how the website would look. If I didn't like the way something looked, all I needed to do was tell them to go back and make the necessary changes. No matter how many changes I was wanting, Techonsite was not charging me any more than what we first agreed upon. I am very happy that Techonsite took control of this project and was only satisfied as long as I was satisfied. It's nice to have a service company that cares about how they treat their customers.
