We had our carpet recently replaced with a hybrid laminate flooring (in 3 bedrooms and a Den) and are very satisfied with both the product and workmanship provided by Jimenez Flooring. The day of the installation, their team worked tirelessly to remove the carpet and get the flooring installed quicker than I had anticipated. A few days later, Velia came by to inspect the final installation and when some minor adjustments needed to be done, the team was able to come back and address those adjustments within less than 48hrs. I specifically wanted to wait at least 2 weeks before posting this review, since other things could pop up after installation. Thankfully, all has been going well and I will definitely use Jimenez Flooring our future projects.

Exceptional is the word I’ll utilize to describe this company. I was referred by my neighbor and let me tell you, from the customer service, to the products and the installation along with everything else in between. All exceptional. All priced so reasonable that I didn’t have buyers remorse the next day.

Jimenez Carpet & Flooring recently completed a flooring project for me that included vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen and new carpet throughout the living room and bedrooms, and I’m very happy with the results. They showed up on time, provided a fair and straightforward estimate, and delivered quality workmanship from start to finish. The vinyl plank install looks clean and well-aligned, and the carpet installation was done neatly with good transitions and attention to detail. Communication was solid, the crew was professional, and the job stayed on schedule. As someone who manages projects, I appreciate contractors who do what they say they’re going to do—and Jimenez Carpet & Flooring did exactly that. I will use them again on future projects and would recommend them to others looking for reliable flooring work.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our carpet install (three bedrooms and three closets) went very smoothly, and two months later we’ve had no issues. The team was done with the installation in about 4-5 hours, so it was really fast. We will definitely be back for other flooring needs in the future.

Velia was great to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She said it would take 2-3 days to complete installing luxury vinyl planks in my entire house. That also included demolition and minor repairs. Due to my work schedule, she was really flexible with my installation dates. I decided to make it easier for the installers and moved everything out of the house and into storage so that they can work efficiently without obstacles. The two installers arrived on time and began the demolition and minor repairs. Velia also suggested various options for the repairs needed based on her experience and expertise. Once the demolition and repairs were made, the installers began installing the luxury vinyl planks at such a mind-boggling pace. By lunch time, they were determined to finish the project in one day. They called for reinforcements and two more installers arrived. With four installers, they completed the entire project by late afternoon. I was thoroughly impressed by their efficiency, professionalism and expertise. Having an 80+ year old house, not every room has a level floor any longer. After a few days, I noticed some of the planks lifting and/or not settling correctly. I called Velia and immediately she contacted her installers. We scheduled a return visit for the installers for an inspection and necessary repair. They arrived and took care of the issues. We love our new floors! It's like a new house for us! We can't thank Velia and her team enough for the amazing work and dedication to satisfaction of their customers. I definitely recommend Jimenez Carpet and Flooring for your next project. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work they do. Thank you, Velia and team!
